Summary

Investing in Armenia’s innovation ecosystem through a venture capital platform supporting technology-driven and scalable companies.

Granatus focuses on advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, data science, biotechnology and robotics, with an emphasis on creating value and leveraging Armenia’s engineering talent. Around 330 jobs have been created and/or maintained directly resulting from the IF’s investments into Granatus initiative– the 1st and largest venture fund in Armenia that invests in technological companies founded and/or operating in Armenia. Overall, more than 2,100 jobs have been created/maintained with the support of Granatus venture fund in technological sector in Armenia.

Lumiverse

Supporting Armenia’s transformation in the age of artificial intelligence through AI education and educational transformation, workforce development, and enterprise transformation. Lumiverse’s ambition is to significantly expand AI literacy in Armenia and help position the country as a source of AI capabilities internationally. So far, more than 20,000 individuals have participated in Lumiverse courses and webinars, and more than 100 organizations have received AI education and transformation services from Lumiverse.
